Frequently Asked Questions
Does Getting An IV Hurt?
Not really. We use prenatal needles. These are the thinnest needles we can obtain therefore barely any pain. O, and our nurses are all emergency or ICU RN’s. This means they know what they are doing.
What Happens When The RN Gets To My House?
Take a seat! We bring all the equipment we need. You simply sit where you’re comfortable and we will do the rest!
How Long Does An IV Treatment Take?
We can complete treatments in as little as 30 minutes. On average it takes about 50 minutes for a treatment. We do have treatments such as NAD+ that can take up to two hours.
Is IV Hydration Safe?
Yes. Very. IntraVene goes the extra step and employs a physician who reviews treatments prior to us arriving. Additionally, we only use ER and ICU RN’s to administer treatments.
